Vermentino 2021 Award by Diano Castello is close to 100

Vermentino 2021 Award will reach its 28th edition on Friday!

The event will take place over three days, Friday 16, Saturday 17 and Sunday 18 July 2021, in the usual setting of Diano Castello in Imperia.

It is one of the longest-lasting and most resonant events dedicated to wine, most of all Vermentino-based wines from all the Italian cradles. The aim is to promote knowledge of Vermentino not only from Liguria but also from other Italian regions. It also contributes to the qualitative growth of the product, encourage comparison between producers, experts and professionals, stimulate improvement and above all, enhance the territory and its excellence. This year it comes close to a significant number, 100 samples reached by the experts. An important signal.
